Each member is required to work one 2-hour shift, but we will gladly accept more time!

Our annual Winter Coat and Clothing Drive will be held for 2 weeks. We will have collection bins at various locations throughout the city. We will also be doing the coat sort at the conclusion of the Drive and will need help organizing and transporting the clothing that we collect. More details to come
This meeting is for all Board of Directors and Committee Chairs.
We will be leading the kids' parade during Batfest from the library to the Riverwalk. The library hosts story time at 11:30 a.m. which is then followed by the parade at approximately 11:50 a.m. Come either decked out in BMCF gear or in costume. Feel free to bring your children in costume too!
Our annual Halloween party (dress in costume!) is always a blast. Still looking for a location!

For our Celebration of Lights Festival tree, Eunice provided kits at the meeting this month for us to make ornaments. Once you have created your ornament, you can drop it off at Eunice's house. She will have a collection bin on her front porch (or you may contact her to arrange something different).
We will be providing refrigerated hams of all sizes for the Batavia Interfaith Food Pantry. Ham collection will run from Nov 14- Nov 18. We will be decorating our City Tree before the Celebration of lights festival. It shouldn't take too long. This is tentatively scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 20 around 2 or 3 p.m. It will be updated once the time is confirmed.
