The Fox Trot 5K Run/Walk will be on Saturday, April 28, 2012!

The Batavia Mothers’ Club Foundation is proud to present our Fox Trot 5K Run/Walk, raising funds for Batavia Public Schools and other educational opportunities for local families. Come join our CARA Certified Race and enjoy the spring morning along the scenic Fox River trails. Be sure to sign the kids up for their own runs, too!

Information:

This chip-timed race (with back-up timing) starts at 8:00 am. The kids’ runs will start at 9:00 am. The race begins and ends at the Batavia Riverwalk on Houston St. between Water St. and Island Ave.
 
5K Participant Goodie bags, bibs, and race shirts can be picked up on Friday night from 5 – 7:30 pm in the South Lobby at the Batavia City Hall building, or between 6:30 am and 7:40 am inside of City Hall in the Chamber Room. Batavia City Hall is located at 100 North Island Ave in Batavia. (Kids’ Run bags and shirts can be picked up Friday night, or on Saturday between 6:30 am and 8:45 am.)

Awards will be given to the top 3 male and top 3 female overall, as well as other age group winners.
 
For safety reasons, bikes, skates, and pets, baby joggers and strollers are prohibited.
